While driving west on I-80 in central Nebraska, we encountered this storm. The interstate carried us to the north side of the storm. The cumulonimbus tower was going up extremely rapidly, but I don't know how strong the storm got. Since we had a schedule to keep, we didn't investigate the storm further. There was quite a bit of severe weather in Nebraska today, with several tornado reports. Were we lucky or unlucky?
