Hot and humid conditions provided fuel for some afternoon thunderstorms. I noticed an outflow boundary slowly
moving in from the east and initiating some thundershowers. I decided to try some time lapse and catch the storms
as they moved in. This video is looking east-southeast. You can see a minor cell go up in the distance. As it collapsed,
it sent out a new outflow boundary directly towards us. This in turn caused a much stronger cell to pop up right on top of us.
You can see the rain curtains from this cell moving in right as the video ends. It stops there because a lightning strike
cut the power.
